need help

Hi everyone...I am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone could give me any info on how to install an apk app so I will b able to download 3rd party apps from the android market onto my apad or epad...I need to get the apk app so I can download 3rd party apps from the android market...my apad/epad is new so i could surely use any help at all...thanks much!!!!

ok thanks thanks but i have already done that....no luck...3rd party downloads will not work..no how..tried everything...no luck..any more ideas please....ughhhhhhhh gettin stressed...
