Root Need to know how to upgrade, Pls help

that is my current evo status... I rooted my phone awhile ago and need to knw how to update my phone to the latest firmware. I currently have a fresh rom but is not also the latest one. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. i have not kept up with the evo forums so i dont wanna make a mistake and brick my phone.

Just flash fresh 3.4 and you will be up to date.

And depending on just how long ago it was, you might need to update your radio, etc.

will that not update with the latest fresh rom?

No you have to manually update you radios. This is the current radio: 2.15.00.09.01 so if you have it you don't need to reflash it. The current PRI is 1.77 so if you don't have it you can update it from the phone: menu>settings>about phone>system updates>update PRL.

can you tell me how to flash a radio? and i did menu>settings>about phone>system updates>update PRL. to update but its still giving mt pri 1.34?

If you need to flash the radio, you flash it from recovery like any other flashable zip.

Download the new radio and the new prl. Then go into recovery and flash zip from sd card.
