I'd just like to say... I returned my Droid, got a new one from the Verizon and since then my issues with gapps FC, Google Talk, Market, etc... are gone.
The issue might have been 1- the phone or 2- the micro SD card.
Hopefully that could help somebody that are having multiple gapps Force Closing all the time.
