There was a thread about this before, but the launcher was a bit slow and didn't include the little dots that allow you to switch between your homescreens, so heres a more complete one that does. The app tray animation is also smoother.

Its pretty cool, but too bad it doesnt have the zoom animation when openning apps! I really want that.
