Nexus S Not Sending SMS On ANY Rom

I was flashing around radios and ROMs, and now, no texts will send! I go to send a text, to any number, and it just shows the red exclamation point and says the sending was failed. This was while running Cyanogen Mod 7 7.0.1. So I did a all data/cache wipe, and still had the same issue. I booted to a stock ROM, still had same issue. I even restored my phone 100% (got rid of root) and it STILL does it! My phone just says "Message Not Sent"
I've updated my PRL
I've updated my Profile, and everytime it just says Failed.

No Calls either!

Whats up!

I bought the phone off of Craigs List like a few months ago, so I cant just swap it out at Sprint
