I bought my HTC Legend outright online and am with Virgin Mobile Australia. I entered in Virgin's APN details and that was all working fine until yesterday when my 3G was taking a really long to time to respond and my internet kept redirecting me to some random Optus site.
I called Virgin support and they refreshed my internet but now I have no 3G signal at all. I called Virgin support again but they told me that their computers show that my phone is picking up internet/3G. My phone is telling me that 'Connection failed due to incorrect APN setting' when it's the exact same APN I've been using.
HELP.
