Help No Ability to Send Emoticon on Edge Swipe of Contact

I turned on all the settings to use the "On Circle" feature in Edge and Message Settings on my Sprint S6 Edge Plus, but all I get to use when swiping a contact from the Edge is call on the phone, send message, or email. I want to use the Emoticons feature, but they do not show up. Is there another setting I need to turn on, or does Sprint just not offer it? What am I not doing to get them to show up and work?
