For those not aware the One V does not require a data package in the contract with Telus.
3 weeks ago I took off the data portion off my One v as I really have no need for the service and I personally don't miss it. I talk and text more than anything else and for data; Wifi for me is just fine. I also made Maps available in offline mode if I need them. Just a tip for those who want to save about $20/month for something else.
