No led? no problem.

I was a bit disappointed once i realised there was no LED on the SGS but i read some stuff about an app called NoLED but couldn't find it to download in the app store.

Did a bit of digging and found a barcode which i managed use to download it so thought id share.



It works a treat for sms and emails (not tried call yet but i'm sure it will be spot on)

what exactly does it do?
i downloaded it but didnt install worried that it says it will prevent the phone sleeping

basicly it just has a red square that moves around your other wise black screen. to notify you that you have some kind of notification.

worked first time for me.

Another problem is the battery usage, it only shows a couple of pixels in red but the entire device is out of idle state for a long time till you check your notifications.

well ive been using it since i posted this message and i can safely say i have had no issues with battery usage
