Non-root backup app

    I'm thinking about rooting my phone and flashing a rom (probably tonight if I can find an app) but I would rather not have to reinstall all my apps after I root/flash. As far as free backup apps what do you guys recommend?

    What about MyBackup? You get a free 30-day trial of the Pro version I believe.

    I rooted tonight and did not have to backup my apps at all. Everything was there as usual.

    When you flash a rom you lose everything, which is what I plan on doing.
    @w_bovine, I was looking at MyBackup, I think my dad uses it and says it works pretty well. I might give it a whirl.
