Help Not receiving text

Hello, I recently reset & rerooted my phone to clean it up. I created a titanium backup first, to save the data I wanted to keep. I haven't been receiving any text messages since. I tried restoring the backup I made, but that didn't work, then I tried reprogramming it using *228 but that didn't work either. I can't get any help from cricket because I'm on a bridge pay. I've missed some important text messages already that cost me work. If anyone has an idea as to how I might fix this, I would be very greatful for the advice. Thanks so much
