Onenote - now free and seperate to Office on the PC. Though that last bit "could" depend on your version of windows, not sure as I have Office anyway.

I'd recommend Evernote as they really make a push to be everywhere. It syncs with my Pebble, had apps on every major platform (mobile and desktop), a web interface, and it all syncs nicely.
