Organizing pull up menu?

My menu on the pull up main menu has gotten awfully cluttered, is there anyway I could organize my apps in categories? Like on the iphone.
All the aps I've will only make folders that you can put on the home screen where the time and the 4 apps on the button are.

I use ADW.Launcher and within that you can just show the apps that you want in your drawer so any bloat ware I ignore plus any that I have on one of my home screens, so what I end up with is a small list that I will use rather than having to scroll through loads that are not needed in there.

There may be other approaches so hopefully others will chip in with their ideas.
