Outliner: Alternatives To IOS' CarbonFin?

I'm coming from IOS where CarbonFin has been very good to me.

I'd keep waiting for them to port to Android, but it's getting tb a hassle to jump back-and-forth.

"Musts"
  • Ability to synch with PC or Cloud. Cloud preferred.
  • Ability to edit Cloud or PC version's data and have it sync down to the Android device on next sync.
  • Ability to export to OPML
  • Ability to import from OPML (so I can migrate my CarbonFin data)

"Wants"
  • Installable on multiple devices and allow all of them to sync.
  • Can be run under IOS or Android.

So far, I see NoteLynX, BeSharp, Vault 3 and (if one stretches the imagination) HanDBase.

I've tried the first 3 briefly, but none looks promising.

I'm currently trying to get a HanDBase environment going between my Note and XP box.

HandBase sure has a lot of positive reviews although right now it looks like wretched excess for my use as an outliner. Having said that, the more I read about it, the more interesting it looks - especially the ability to import data from MS Access DBs.

The Bottom Line: Does anybody have an outliner that they know and love?
