Help Phone stuck on low brightness

I had a power outage in the area on saturday, everything blinked and the power fuse went off, so I had to turn it back on. My htc one x restarted and was after that stuck on low brightness, it does not change at all when trying to adjust it in settings, or auto setting, it

TBH I have no idea what it could be. If I were you, your best bet would be contacting HTC I think
