Root phone wont boot

i tried to get the cm7 but messed up and now i erased the boot because it was under the optional i have cwm 3.0.0.5 but i dont know how to flash it. email me at vemo@live.com to help please. i have the SDK if anyone knows how to do it on that or email me the how to flash cricket huawei back to stock package and email me that because the computer wont download it
