Help phone won't charge- freaks out

So I only have 10% battery left and everytime I put a charge into the phone it starts freaking out. It charges for one second, then stops, charges, stops, etc, while making crazy noises and tons of pop ups pop up. I know it's not the charger because I first tried it with my car charger, then the one given to me with the phone, then even my old charger and this happened everytime.

I also tried taking the battery out for a little.. and still this keeps happening everytime I try to charge it. Any suggestions? :/

OEM charger?
Many issues associated with non OEM chargers.

I had the same issue, my phone had a bad charging port. Luckily I was under the Motorola factory warranty (one year) and recived a refurb phone at no cost.
