PicSay-free edition. Fun little editing app
FXcamera-free. Few silly options for different lens affects.
Retro camera-free. Makes your phone look like a camera from the 40's.
Adobe Photoshop Express-free. Another simple cropping/editing tool.
Vginette-$3.95. Tons of options. Lens affects, editing tools. Best photography app IMO.
