Picture viewer that manually rotates

Is there an app that will allow you to manually rotate pictures? For instance, when I get a picture message and the picture was taken with their phone held a certain way I get a small picture. If I hold my phone sideways it will fill up the screen, but I would love to be able to make a selection on the menu and it work right. Any ideas?
