PLEASE HELP! i can't reset/wipe my data and it always hang when i choose wipe data in my galaxy mini and when i reboot my galaxy mini, its the same problem...hang/lag. Its say can't access to system/csc/TGY/system. PLease help me with this problem

Try to wipe data by going to recovery mode... Press Home+ Power button and then choose wipe data option...
