Please help me trade pokemon on my phone.

I've heard that in order to trade your pokemon on your phone you will have to send the data to your computer and trade them there. However, I'm not capable of finding out how to do so. So can someone please tell me how to send the pokemon data from your phone to your computer and then trade? Thanks a lot.

Trade what pokemon? I didn't know you could get pokemon on your phone. Welcome to the forum, though.
