Root please help!!! unable to send SMS

Dear all,

I have Elelinux 2.2.1 installed and I am unable send SMS! (I can receive normally) I have checked with my provider but they said it's all good, I put my SIM in another phone and i was able to send but from my hero I can't.

Also, where can I find SMS sending settings?? (i.e. messages service center etc...)

I found out how to fix this issue and just wanted to share it with you for future reference

entering this in the phone app, takes you to some settings. Choose phone settings and enter the SMSC in the box (close to the end of the list) and click on Update.

Every few months I seem to lose the ability to send texts. The only way I had found to fix it was to have T-Mobile send all of the settings to my phone, which is an option on their website.

I'll try this next time, in case that's the problem. It seems a bit quicker
