goto RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference and have at it. There is even a link at the top to for mobile access that works great on my Nexus One

so if you don't mind trugging through a few web links and tieing up your browser then the site above if fun stuff! In that since the app works better!

wow works good on the Hero. Im running Fresh 2.0b2 and working good. There is an ATC I found under the Los Angeles SoCal Air Traffic looking for DFW airport now.

One thing that I noticed so far is when you add a channel you cant delete it easily. There is a delete channels button but it deletes all. It would be nice to select which one you want to delete.

I just typed in "police radio" in the search box and it pulled it up. Weird if you cant pull it up. Im running 2.1 on the Hero with Fresh2.0b2

Yeah I understand your disappointment. However new feeds are added regularly. I intend to write a tool to check for certain channels and host it on my website.

Unfortunately not. The app depends on Feeds of streaming audio. Adding channels directly would require and AM tuner which AFAIK doesn't exist on any hardware I am aware of.

Feeds are provided by a third party server (Android Phones don't have AM tuners.) However feeds are added regularly.

I went to Market and typed in free apps. and a whole slew of free apps came up. Scroll down until you see Police Radio and download it.
