ah, you missed the point.... an oncoming driver who runs you off the road is headed "behind you", so I am not trying to catch "front plates" and that is the problem here in Oklahoma, we don't have Front Plates either.
So, as the miscreant travels on headed behind you, the Rear View camera is the one that will catch his Rear License Plate hopefully. I once figured out that at an assumed 65 mph speed for each of us, the rear camera only has 5 frames "worth of time" to catch the Rear Plate before it is so far away as to be unreadable. That is because our Closing Rate is 130 mph and at 30 Frames/Second you better be fast, or they are gone.
I bought some tires for my car. I'll probably replace this car next year, so I didn't want to spend the money for top of the line tires. These seem like a good balance of price to performance.
I'm a huge fan of beer butt chicken. I have a couple of woks just for doing chickens on the grill/smoker. Yesterday I became aware of a larger version specifically designed for a turkey.
I had to have one for the holiday. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Camp-Chef-Turkey-Cannon/734787.uts
Got a new pickguard for my new used guitar. It's a black guitar and it had a mint green one on it. Seriously, it was ugly and just all wrong and bugged the crap out of me. Yeah, I went with white. So much better!

I'll snap one later. It's a '07/08 MIM standard telecaster. Whoever had it before the guy I bought it from added a three saddle bridge, changed the knobs to domed and put alnico pickups in. It's all great now that the pickguard is right. I'm not sure I would have modded one but do really like it. Now to learn to play...
If you keep that up, my next purchase is going to be ... I don't even want to think about it because don't have the time to practice enough to be as good as I once was and right now I could star on "America's got NO Talent".
Well. I would certainly beat you on that show! I can play chords, sort of. I am still working on F though, had it down but then lost it again. Started on the kid's guitars, he uses a mix of 10 & 11 strings so I was used to that. Mine came w/9's so I used them a lot (you know, a week) and got F. Then I just changed to 10's and lost F. hahaha. So yeah, I'm the winner for NO talent!
I found a close out on my favorite "car tire" for the rear of my Honda 1800 Goldwing.
snapped it up because the "profile" of the tread most closely approximates that of a m/c type tire.
Now, when my current car tire wears out, I have the same brand replacement "on the shelf" here at home, and already mounted up on a spare wheel. I like the 'RF' or Run Flat feature of this tire. No blowouts at 75 mph for me...
it is a Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3 RF ZP 195-55-16
here is how it looks on the bike, bike is leaned over on the Side Stand.
