Apps problem in developing app of android

i have a laptop with given specifications:
processor - Intel(R)Pentium (R) Dual CPU T3200 @ 2.00Ghz 2.00Ghz
RAM - 4.00 GB
windows 7 - 32 bit operating system
Intel pentium
I wish to work on android studio but i m not able to getting a rendering error in preview option of android virtual device. after searching i got to know that virtualisation option has to enabled in BIOS for the use of any virtual machine. but my laptop's specifications do not support this virtualisation enabling feature.
So is there any other alternative by which i can install and perform my android app developing procedures along with the preview features.?

i strongly suggest use your android phone in developer mode to install and test apps.
It is much faster than using an emulator.

Also, to get preview - set the theme of preview to holo dark from the App Themes option in the preview window.
Please note that this preview is not the same as the virtual device.
