Help Problem playing some videos

Hello guys, I use MX Player as my defualt video player on Android. Some videos could not be reproduced with HW settings and the player automatically uses SW setting, but it looks very laggy with that. I tried installing ARMv7 Neon codec, but didn't work. Even is I try to convert with Free video Maker in my pc, the program does not understand the file! It can be only player by Media player classic in my PC, but i want do it in android.

This is the media information. Is the problem a software problem or hardware problem? I had not problem with other videos in higher resolutions. My phone is a HTC Desire S.

HTC Desire doesn't support MKV so you will need to convert the file to a format supported by your device

Tried VLC? That usually has no problems playing MKV videos.
