Problems with SD card

Hi all!

I'm a newbie here I just got a SGS2 and have been busy setting it up. Everything is absolutely wonderful, except for one thing:

The data I stored on the SD card from my old phone (HTC Desire HD), apps and such, doesn't show up after I put it in the Galaxy. The amount of memory space available is the same, but none of the stuff shows up on it.

Hope there's someone who might know the solution!
