Help [Q] Galaxy s3 speicfications GPU

Hi, I want to buy Galaxy s3 module: I9300 but just before i bought the item i noticed that it had a:

GPU: Mali-400MP

and i saw in some websites that Galaxy s3 has:

GPU: Mali-400MP4

are they the same? if not what is suppose to be in Galaxy s3?

also noticed that the Data speed is: HSDPA, 21 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps but i think this is normal right?
