This is going to be of interest to very few people here (or possibly nobody) but I've started using what for me is ANOTHER reason for having a Note 3 alongside the android-only DSLR Controller app.
As far as I know - this is the only known processor for RAW pictures on any phone - it's an exclusively Android app Photo Mate R2. Pictures were taken on a Canon pocket camera and wifi-ed to the phone.
I don't expect to do this often as properly processing a RAW picture really normally needs a lot of screen space but on the hoof with no computer and in extremis, this will do it. (Normally you'd do it in landscape rather than portrait orientation.)
