Remove Pre-installed Apps without Rooting

Although the bootloader is locked, so no CWM, TWRP, custom ROMs, or nandroid backups, you can still remove some of the pre-installed apps without rooting: just disable the app through Settings -> Manage Apps. Disabling the apps that can be disabled is a good idea, and certainly will help if the issue is trying to maintain optimal performance. Good luck!
