That's what i will do. In my VW bus it's way too noisey to try to have a call with the phone in the dock. I love the dock itself, and pehaps down the road Samsung or someone will fix this issue.
I've also noticed the dock software is a little buggy with Poweramp. It will frequently start a track and then move on to the next one when you set Poweramp as the music player and play it from the dock software. If you operate Poweramp direcly and not on the dock software it works perfectly.

I listen to audible and that app works well with ibolt

Idock site also mention a different dock software called "Car Home Ultra." The track buttons including pause and play are working. I would rather use Idock software as it was free, but right now it doesn't like "Power Amp". I betting they will fix this bug. So for now I'm using the Samsung music player and it works fine.
