rom is based off of stock and is modded for better overall performance!

Installation
1. Download ROM
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Wipe Data if coming from stock or different ROM
4. Mount DATA and CACHE in mounts and storage
5. Install Zip
6. Wipe cache and dalvik after also fix permissions
7. reboot phone and let sit for a few minutes to let it work the tweaks
8. success
9. install any kernel you want after

I wish I still had a Stratosphere to see this... I would highly suggest posting more info on this at RootzWiki (I copied this posting over there in it's entirety with proper credit!), it is kind of the de facto central hub for Stratosphere development. One question people will quickly be asking: What firmware is this based on, EI2 or FF1? What kernel, radios, etc? Screen shots would be highly recommended as well...

I followed all directions and the phone will not detect wifi. I am running the stock ff1 kernel and flashed this rom to the system. everything else worked fine. any suggestions would be great.

This rom uses TweakStock 1.4 as a base, which is an EI2 rom. You need to use an EI2 kernel (custom or stock) in order for wifi to work.
