Help [solved] S6 Edge Bluetooth not working

Hey all,

So I have an S6 edge and the bluetooth connectivity is strange. It connects in my car fine, but will not connect to a brand new set of bluetooth headphones. I know it is not the headphones because I had an HTC One M8 just a few weeks ago and both paired without issues. I've booted in safe mode, cleared the cache partition, force stopped bluetooth and cleared the bluetooth app cache. No luck so far. I really don't want to factory reset as I have read online that people have factory reset it to fix the bluetooth issue and had no luck.

Any suggestions?
