Could anyone possibly help!!
My son set a pattern lock on an s6 which we hadn't backed up. He then forgot the pattern and so I have had to factory reset.
Done some research about recovery after reset and have got a 'version' of Dr Fone.
It scans the s6 but shows no files. ifiuse the trial version of Microsoft android recovery it picks the standard images preinstalled up.
I want to use Dr Fone as there is no reason Why it shouldn't show up my photos etc but when running the program it says I need to grant Dr fone superuser access.
however the supersu app doesn't show Dr fone up anywhere as it's not installed just run from the pc.
Can anyone help me get the photos back?????
