I recently purchase a used Samsung galaxy captivate and everything is working fin unless the capacity/size of my internal storage.
The size or capacity that is showing this phone is tha half of the capacity of my sdcard, example, my sdcard has a capacity of 4gb and when i put it in the phone and turn on, only shows as internal storage 1.87gb and i note that my sdcard also show 1.87gb (so my phone is splitting the size) and the hilarious thing here is, if i put out the SDcard, the phone won't work and shows a error message and says that i need to reset the phone to factory, i do that process but still the same thing.
please help!!
