Help Samsung note 2 - motherboard replacement

Hi, I brought my phone to 4 different repair shops and all of them said that i have to replace the motherboard but all their prices are way to high. Might as well buy a new phone. I found a supplier of new motherboards which is way cheaper but they said that it has to be installed by a technician. Some soldering is needed.
I want to do it by myself. would this be possible and what programs do i need to install?

I have no idea about your soldering skill, but I would leave this type of work to a professional. Your talking about micro connections that will probably hose the board if even a tiny amount of solder runs to another lead.
