Help Sat Nav Apps

Can anyone recommend me the best sat nav apps available for my gt540 (2.1)

Preferably one where i can download the maps to my SD card so it doesnt always need to be connected to the internet.

I recommend "Maveric", you can create your maps exactly the way you want them from your pc with the "mobile atlas creator" selecting from a list of sources and store them to your sd card.

I would recommend 'trekbuddy'.

About 2 years ago I tried every free sat nav software on and old standard S.E. phone and trekbuddy was by FAR the best.

I have now bought my first android smartphone and have made myself some detailed maps in an atlas by using mobile atlas creator and can confirm trekbuddy works superb on the gt540.

I can browse the maps I made offline, navigate without data usage too.
