Help sd card

Hi,

I have lost all contents of my internal & external sd card. On top of that my phone does not recognise the sd card at all. I replaced the external card with another one, which the phone did not recognise. When i go into settings, sd card & phone storage. it states external sd card, total space unavailable, available space ' unavailablem. internal sd card ' 0.00b' available space 0.00b.

Can anyone help.
