Setting up K9 with imap

Hi,

I am new user of android.. i am using HTC wildfire. I liked HTC mail but reading the K9 review I tried it. My office email is a exchange but it does not support exchange on mobile. So any mails in subfolder (under inbox/folder2/folder3) can only be retrieved via imap. I do have huge folder tree in mailbox thus need great folder sync option.

But I must say i was lost configuring K9. Can someone guide me with some tips or useful website.
