setup ssh for mobile phones

I have iphone, ipad, and lePhone.

I am thinking to install ssh for all of them. How can I get them known each other?

Setup keyring? how to know what IP the other device got?

Are there any apps to assist ssh use in such a environment. How about ssh integration with file manager? allow transfer files between phones?
