Ok So I am running 2.2 (RUU) and I was wondering

    1. Should I switch S to ON - is there some issue (besides that VZW may notice on a return) to NOT keep S-off? Does it create a security hole?

    2. If I am S-on can I still do Nandroid backups and restores/flash new ROMS (I think no)

I wouldn't do that. I would just keep S-OFF. You can turn it back to S-ON if something ever did happen.

Thats my question....Is there a security issue (or some other downside) to leaving S-off (day 2 day i.e. when not hacking phone)
