This is a newly refurbished Galaxy S4 received from Best Buy insurance on 11/6/2014. Never used or activated by me. Device was powered on by me to see if I was lucky and got a phone with an unlockable bootloader. No luck, so I went ahead and ODIN flashed I545VZWFNC5 firmware to update the device to Android 4.4.2. Device is currently not rooted but I can go ahead and do that at the request of the buyer.
