IF YOU READ THIS POST PLEASE GO TO THE LINKS AND VOTE SO GOOGLE TAKES A LOOK AT THE ISSUES!

I didn't realize it sooner, which is weird, but you cannot upload files via the browser. where the upload button normally is, is a button you cannot click named "upload disabled"

Also animated GIF files don't work. I used animated gif files regularly in my MMS messages and different websites. They are not supported.

I and everyone else in the Android Community needs to go to these 2 pages and star the problems outlined in this message. We need to vote this BASIC functionality to the top of the list and let them know we demand it!

to vote on the animated GIF files please go to
    http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=3422

scroll all the way down to the comment box and right above it is a star. click the star.

please let me know if you voted for these features. I want feedback!
and to vote on having a built in file browser so we can upload files thru the browser go to
    http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=5455

This is the only issue I really got with android OS. But just to let you know even though you can view it you can send it via mms.

Go to your e-mail settings and change the notification ringtone.

This is probably a stupid question. I have a Moment. When the announcement tone goes off, I check my email and my messaging and there is nothing there. What else is it announcing? I didn't think that it downloaded email on its own. What else would it be?

You should have a way to see your current notifications, right? On the Droid, there's a notifications bar at the top with icons, and you can drag it down to see what all the new notifications are.
