Help Speaker/Water problem!

It happened, my S2 Skyrocket fell in some water. I let it dry in some rice for 4-5hrs, and slowly and lightly vacuumed on the outside. It works just fine, but has a few problems. I did a master reset/checked the volume. The speaker just seems off and high pitched and not as loud as it used to be. Now when I plug my phone into my computer to transfer files, it doesn't recognize it. Any ideas? I'm tempted to completely take my phone apart to fix the speaker problem.
