SPEAKERPHONE = tinny noise at near full and full volume

Droid Eris..... bought used. Noticed that the speakerphone is crappy at full volume and the setting just below full volume. Almost sounds like something is vibrating as well.

I've blown air into the speaker vent to get rid of anything causing it, did not help at all.

Anyone else run in to this? Is it shot....is my only option is another phone?

Also.....FYI, I've checked the water stickers and none of them show water damage.

Its probably blown then. Not much you can do but get a replacement.

Not necessarily true. My speakerphone volume is crap, but when i play music through the external speaker it's pretty loud. Does your music play at a decent level? If so, then I'm having the same problem but have no idea what might be wrong.
