    Hi,
Ive got a strange problem as of late (since the latest OTA funnily enough). For some bizzare reason, if i leave my phone charging off the HTC charger over night, it doesnt actually get to 100% anymore. It gets to 95%!?
But whats strange is that if i remove the charger and put it back on, it wil slowly get back upto 100%.

Has anyone ever heard of this issue before? And if so, how do i fix it?

    Thanks in advance all. :)

    ##EDIT##
    This fault is 'similar': http://androidforums.com/htc-desire/102411-have-i-broken-my-battery.html
    But not exactely the same...?

Desire's loading protect shut down at 100%.
Then it waits for Desire to come down say to 90% and then it start loading again.

as above its not a problem, its a 'feature' lol, the phone is charging to 100% and then the charger turns off until it hits 90% ish and it turns on again, so you have been unplugging it somewhere in between.

    Thats a bit annoying. lol.
Dont recall it happening with the last firmware i used (the one prior to the latest OTA update).

Although strangely, ive been hammering my phone as much as usual today battery wise, and by now its usually at 30-40%, its still at 72%...and 3g is on when it usually isnt!? lol.

No, it's coded into the software.
