streaming working fine with HSDPA connection but not on WIFI

We finally find the way to video broadcast to android devices.
We actually do: 254 kbps Medium Bandwidth, H264 video - level baseline 3.1 size 320x240 stereo audio 22 000 khz, 48 kbit frame rate 15fps

As you see its a medium quality video stream and a small size.

But it works fine on a Xperia Phone with Eclair 2.1 and a milestone phone with Froyo and an EDGE connection!!!.
But when the device with froyo connect through wifi the video dont reproduce anymore. why? this problem have no reason....
