street address

Hello i kinda have this problem when Im purchasing app from android market. I filled in everything under the credit card page. However when it comes to address. I just don't get it why it insisted that it was invalid. Could anyone help me..
Lets say my address is teeshirt crescent, block 99, #12-34
Postal code ; 567890
By the way I live in Singapore.

if im not mistaken the "standard" that they use for the address is

123 abc APT
City State (if needed) County or parish or what ever its called, country, then postal zip

so try
#12-34 teeshirt crescent, block 99
where ever, singapore, 567890.

if that doesn't work then I dont know, i am really just pulling this outta my..... well lets not go there lol, I hope this works for you

ask your bank, for me atleast if i put it my actual mailing adress (P.O. Box) or my living address it says its incorrect, instead I have to use the banks P.O. Box and I can buy things online with my card.
