Help Stuck on 'Update HTC Sense Home' screen after factory reset

Hello,

I've recently been experiencing problems with my HTC One (M8) force closing lots of apps upon opening, or sometimes randomly. I tried a factory reset to fix the problem, but now my phone is stuck on a screen that says 'Update HTC Sense Home - Please don't turn off your phone during installation'.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Let me know if I can provide more info.
