superpad still not working

Hi all,
Recently bought this SUPERPAD III.
(The seller had it for few months. Now tells me it has startup problems)

When switched on continuous white light flickering/flashing and vibration.
when doing all sorts of reset everything stops for 1-2 seconds then same again cannot go to restore.

EXTERNAL SD CARD 4GB INTERNAL SD CARD 4GB

I tried to update rom got files from:

I put the 2 big files on internal sd card (using pc win7)
fixed everything back.

Switched on pad nothing still continuous white light flickering/flashing and vibrations. I did all sorts of resets still same, suddenly went off no signs of charging. when ever connecting charger to the mains green light on pad flashes once only.

please can anyone tell whats wrong?
What kind of superpad or superbad it is?

The big cable inside for the screen if damaged can it cause continuous white light flickering/flashing and vibration?

Please let me know what maybe the problems and how can I get the working?
